Terms of Service

General Permissions- Commissions are all personal use only unless discussed otherwise
- Redistribution of my artwork is prohibited (no NFT, AI, etc.)
- Do not edit or remove my watermark
- Do not edit, trace, or claim my art as your own
- Reposting commissioned work or using as pfps with credits to my socials is allowed (art by NocTerra or nocterra_)- I may use commissioned work on my socials, to promote myself, or in other showcases
- Please let me know before hand if you would like to keep the commission private!Adopt/Design Permissions- All designs are personal use only unless a commercial fee is discussed.
*Does not apply to designs purchased through the auto-buy option, which includes commercial use
*You may buy an adopt first and discuss commercial use fees with me at a later time
- Can be resold for the price of original purchase, but never higher, unless extra art is added
- Raffled or free/gift designs can never be sold for monetary value, they can only be traded
*You may discuss adding a commercial fee with me
- You may edit or redesign as long the character is still recognizable from the original design.OrderingPlease provide:
- Art type (bust, fullbody, rendered, etc.)
- Photo references/name of character
- Clear photo refs for OCs
*I will not draw from purely written descriptions
- Details you want (expressions, poses, clothing, background, etc.)
- The clearer & more detailed your refs and descriptions, the better I can bring your vision to life!Payment- All payments are in USD

- Full upfront payment is required for sketches & sketch pages
- Full upfront is preferred for other pieces, but I will accept half before sketch and half after the sketch is approved
- Prices may vary due to complexityWIPs & ProcessYou may request WIPs of the sketch, lineart, and flat colours where applicable. I may not send WIPs part way through a stage, but you are free to request them!Process: Sketch > lineart (?) > flat colours > render
- Sketch stage [2 major changes only]
- Lineart stage [only small details can be added/changed]
- Flat colours [only colours can be changed]Further edits beyond the ones stated above will have an extra charge of $5-$50 depending on the type of edits desired.Revisions & Refunds- Changes due to mistakes on my part are free of charge.
- Revisions as a result of lack of/missing/new information after accepting an order will incur an extra fee to fix. I am not obligated to make such corrections.
- Requests for major revisions that are not due to mistakes on my behalf may not be accepted.
-Accepted major revisions will have an extra fee ranging from $10 - at least half of the base price.- NO refunds will be issued after an invoice
- Under extreme circumstances where I am unable to complete your commission, a partial refund will be issued in accordance to the time already spent on the commission. I will keep a minimum of 20%Commercial UsePromotional purposes [price x1.5]

- I will set a 3-5 month max deadline to consider external circumstances.
